To keep spoilers to a minimum, I can safely say that it is an epic movie, even topping Den-o's Final Countdown.
However, the backstory is kinda dodgy,with all of Decade's nothingness and what not, the producers tried their best to pull the strings together, yet it still seems so strange. As much as I love Tsukasa and the other Decade gang members, the spotlight was stolen by the other half of the movie, Kamen Rider W. The long awaited "Begin's Night". Also known as the prequel leading to the current series. The plot fits so well with the current series, probably because the movie and the series started off production at the same stage. And more stuff was revealed about the detectives. And I loved the fact that I get to see Kirihiko again.
Not forgetting that, Kamen Rider Skull, Fang||Joker and Accel makes their Debut in this Movie.
Overall, Great movie, questions we have been pondering about has been answered. Appropriate closure for Decade, and a great start for W.
